Gorilla Factory Productions is a video production company owned and operated by film maker Jim Tushinski.

In addition to producing Jim's videos, Gorilla Factory Productions also remasters and releases historically important films on DVD.

GFP is currently in post-production on a new documentary, I Always Said Yes: The Many Lives of Wakefield Poole, based on the autobiography of pioneering gay film maker Wakefield Poole. Thanks to the fiscal sponsorship of the San Francisco Film Society, donations to the production of I Always Said Yes are tax deductible.

Our previous production, the award-winning feature documentary, That Man: Peter Berlin, was an official selection at over 65 international film festivals and is currently available on DVD and cable TV.

Gorilla Factory Productions remastered and released Special Edition DVDs of Peter Berlin's films from the early 1970s, That Boy and Nights in Black Leather. Both DVDs won GayVN Awards for Best Classic DVD Release. We're currently working with pioneering gay film maker Wakefield Poole to remaster and release a number of his films on DVD. The first DVD in The Films of Wakefield Poole series is now available: a 2 movie DVD including the controversial uncut version of Moving! (1974) with Casey Donovan and Peter Fisk and One, Two, Three... (1985) with J.D. Slater and Dave Connors.
